Founded as Bell Security Limited primarily to support two major bank customers in the region, the Company focuses on installing and servicing access control systems, was first set up in Hong Kong in 1999.
In 2004, while the Company's operations had been on track with stronger business prospects, it drew attention and attracted interests from the internationally prominent security giant, Niscayah Group AB to acquire the Company as its stepping stone to Asia, hence Niscayah (Hong Kong) Limited was formed.
With an aim to continuously expand into the different sectors in the market, ASC (HK) Limited as one of the largest security systems integrators with over 30 years of history in Hong Kong, has taken over Niscayah's entire operations and ownership in 2010.
The Company is now renamed as ASC Nis Security System Limited. Since then, it will continue to nurture and bloom with the complexity and diversity from its history, as well as by receiving the immense supports and resources from its mother company.
